Booking policies and details to consider

Details to consider and cancellation policy when booking a party

 Weekend and holiday parties are 1 hour and 45 minutes hours and are semi-private with up to 10 open bounce tickets sold per hour. All parties will be an hour of bouncing and 45 min in the party room. Children will not be allow to re-enter the bouncing area once they are in the party room.

  If total privacy is requested for the hour of bouncing, $120+tax will be applied to the final bill and open bounce tickets will be not be available to the public for purchase.

   Parties held Monday-Thursday are 1 hour and 45 min but NOT semi-private.  A 20% discount will be applied to package prices above.  A la carte items aren’t discounted.

We are a nut-free facility. Ultimate parties are all-inclusive (pizza, cupcakes, and drinks) and are made in house. Outside food will only be allowed for parties. If you choose to bring in food for your party, please ensure that it is nut-free.  NOTE:  Jumping Joeys staff cannot serve outside food due to liability of unknown ingredients.

  Food and drink items are available on-site at our Walkabout Cafe if you need extra items the day of your party.

Parties start at the top of each hour, there will be no exceptions. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your party begins. Children will not be allowed to bounce before the start time of the party. The party concludes in the party room and children will not be allowed to bounce after the party due to follow-on parties scheduled.

All participants must have an active electronic waiver in our system. We do not have paper or hard copy waivers available at our facility. To reduce the wait time upon arrival at our facility, please have your party or group guests complete the electronic waiver via our links from our website. The waivers are valid for 6 months and are required for insurance purposes.

For health and safety considerations socks must be worn at all times while playing on the equipment for both children and adults. If you or your Joey needs or forget socks, we will have socks available for purchase. Kids- $1.59 and Adults- $2.12.

Please ensure your Joey does not have any buttons or jewels on their back pockets which may get caught on the inflatables and cause damage.

A $75 dollar non-refundable deposit is required for booking all parties. The remaining balance of the bill will be settled the day of the party at Jumping Joeys to include any a la carte items and apply any discounts.

A standard $50 clean-up fee will be added to all Select party packages.

Any additional birthday honorees for the same party will be an additional $15.90 each.

Additional guests over 25 will be charged $15.90. Food is not included in this price but may be ordered separately.

Any additional children that arrive the day of the party above the respective package maximum you purchase will be charged $15 and receive a color coded wrist band. Food and drinks are not included in the price, but may be ordered separately.

Adults are prohibited from participating on our inflatables due to safety concerns. Please see one of our friendly staff members if a younger child needs assistance.

Any groups larger than 40, please stop by Jumping Joeys for a personalized consultation.

Changes, Reschedule and Cancellation Policy

To avoid additional charges, we require at least 15 days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party (your party must be rescheduled within 2 months of the original party date). If you cancel or reschedule your party within 14 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 50% of the total party price. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 7 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price. ($75 deposits are non-refundable.)

At Jumping Joeys we take pride in our detailed planning and scheduling of items and staff to make your party the most enjoyable and stress free. We will do our best to accommodate changes to your party, but we will not be able to delete item(s) from your confirmed party invoice under 48 hours of your scheduled party date. If you wish to make changes over 48 hours out, please contact us to modify.
