Booking Policies

Details to Consider Before Booking

A $75 dollar non-refundable deposit is required for booking all parties. The remaining balance of the bill will be settled the day of the party at Jumping Joeys to include any a la carte items and apply any discounts.

You will be contacted by our party coordinator via email the Monday before your party to discuss your selections. Parties scheduled for Thursday or Friday have a deadline for all changes (package size and/or type, additions or deletions) of Wednesday at 10 am. Parties scheduled for Saturday through Wednesday of the following week have a deadline for all changes of Thursday at 10 am. 

A standard $50 clean-up fee will be added to ALL parties bringing outside food.

Any additional birthday honorees for the same party will be an additional $15 each.

All parties start at the top of the hour. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before the start of your party, as you will not be given access to the bounce floor nor the party room before the start of your party. Parties are 1 hour and 45 minutes (1 hour of bouncing followed by 45 minutes in the party room) and are semi-private. Children will not be allowed to re-enter the bounce floor once the party has entered the party room. 

If total privacy is desired for the hour of bouncing, you may request, in advance, a Private Bounce Hour via the party coordinator for an additional charge of $120.

Parties held Monday-Friday will receive a 20% discount on the package price. Any a la carte items added to the party will not be discounted.

We are a nut-free facility. Ultimate parties are all-inclusive (pizza, cupcakes, and drinks) and are made in-house. Outside food will only be allowed for parties. If you choose to bring in food for your party, please ensure that it is nut-free.  NOTE: Jumping Joeys staff cannot serve outside food due to the liability of unknown ingredients.

Food and drink items may be available on-site the day of your party, if needed. A convenience fee of $5.99 will be added to your invoice.

Changes, Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

To avoid additional charges, we require at least 15 days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party. Your party must be rescheduled within 2 months of the original party date. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 14 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 50% of the total party price. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 7 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price.

At Jumping Joeys we take pride in our detailed planning and scheduling of items and staff to make your party enjoyable and stress-free. We will do our best to accommodate changes to your party, but cannot guarantee any additions or changes after the specified deadline given to you by the party coordinator.
